Stev is a creative entrepreneur, musician / artist / film maker and music producer with twenty years experience of the international music industry.

During this time he has signed three Major Label recording agreements (WEA / RCA / VIRGIN), remixed works for many Major and Independent labels and has owned and operated 2 recording studios. Over the years he has collaborated with many artists and produced works for others as well as releasing multi-genre works independently.

His specialises in micro performance composition styles which allow the rare opportunity of total freedom to anyone with a willingness to 'have a go' with an instrument. This is the basis for 'Music Inclusion'.

Originator of the Mutual Arising model, he is currently working and collaborating with many artists / organisations across Merseyside for the Music Inclusion elements of our projects.

Oscar has over 25 years working experience in using the Arts and Music as a medium for education and confidence building of individuals, both at home and Internationally.

His many projects have included taking children (from age 15) to various countries to experience and participate with local culture, using art and music as a psychotherapeutic vehicle in Mental Health establishments, and was involved in the cultural preparations for the Queen's visit to South Africa.

Oscar is also a composer, singer/songwriter and African Drum Teacher. He has been performing professionally since the age of 16.

Principal area of responsibility: - Studying and developing the educational implications of all the Mutual Arising projects.

Pete has over 25 years experience of the International Music Industry. Background in personal, independent record label, tour and financial management, the negotiation of recording and publishing agreements, and club promotion.

Principal area of responsibility: - the day-to-day management of music production and sales; costs, schedules, payments and royalty collection. To liaise with music industry organisations. 

Roger is an Independent Consultant Web Designer and Learning Technologist. Consultancies with Liverpool University, Liverpool Hope University College, Staffordshire University.

Previously: Learning & Teaching co-coordinator, Liverpool Hope University College. Conceived and designed the student Intranet web site at Liverpool Hope.

Principal area of responsibility: - Overall direction and management of technical team creating and developing the Interface and Information architecture of the website. Working on the design and implementation of new software solutions for improving the interactivity and functionality of user processes.
